Nutrition is vital for our health and wellbeing and more so when we aren't well.
On 30th October 2016 we asked diatrist expert Jen from 'Nutrition 4 Living' to present a Healthy Eating talk headed,
ARE YOU SATISFIED AFTERWARDS.
Two of the receipes we learnt is below;
EGG MUFFINS
Method
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease muffin cups or line with paper liners.
2. Beat eggs together in a large bowl. Mix tomato, bell pepper, onion and water into the beaten eggs. Pour egg mixture evenly into prepared muffin cups.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until muffins are set in the middle, 18 to 20 minutes.
